Location: Haroon Express, Thokar, Lahore

Department: Protocol Wing

Type: Full-Time

Haroon Express Faisal Movers is looking for a well-organized and professional Protocol Officer to manage high-level interactions, events, and visits involving dignitaries, clients, and executives. The ideal candidate will ensure all activities reflect our brand’s excellence, maintaining proper protocol and business etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Organize and coordinate official and VIP visits

✅ Manage guest logistics: travel, accommodation, catering, etc.

✅ Maintain records, agendas, and guest lists with accuracy

✅ Provide administrative support to senior management

Requirements:

🎓 Intermediate can apply (Graduated will be Preferred)

📋 Experience in protocol or event coordination preferred

🗣️ Strong communication, organization, and professionalism

🎯 Familiarity with corporate protocol and etiquette
