R&D and Quality Assurance (QA) Manager – Food Manufacturing

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time

One of our reputable client is actively looking for an experienced R&D and QA Manager to lead both research and development efforts and oversee the quality assurance processes in food manufacturing facility. This role requires a candidate who is innovative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food safety, quality, and product innovation.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

R&D Management: Lead the development of new food products, from concept to commercialization, ensuring they meet customer needs, market trends, and regulatory standards.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation and management of quality systems to ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, supply chain) to refine and optimize product formulations.

Conduct research on new food trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and manage audits and inspections.
