We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Cold Caller to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and gathering essential property information. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working independently. You will be expected to follow provided scripts, meet daily targets, and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with potential clients. This role is performance-driven, offering opportunities for advancement.
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the US.
- Follow provided scripts and calling guidelines.
- Identify motivated sellers and gather property details.
- Update call outcomes and notes accurately.
- Maintain a professional and polite tone on every call.
- Meet daily call and performance targets.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory):
- Laptop or PC (Working on Mobile phone is not allowed)
- High-speed, stable internet connection
- Good-quality noise-cancellation headset
- Quiet working environment
