Key Responsibilities:

• Making high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to US real estate leads.
• Successfully engaging prospects and scheduling call-back appointments for our sales team.
• Following established communication scripts and processes.
• Becoming familiar with the US real estate market and lead qualification practices.

Requirements:

• Exceptional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Own reliable equipment (laptop, quality headset, stable internet connection).
• A dedicated, separate, and quiet workspace for uninterrupted calling.
• Prior experience in US outbound calling or real estate prospecting is a plus.
