*Job Title:* Receptionist & Admin Officer
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Greet clients, visitors, and customers professionally.
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and messages.
3. Handle check-in/check-out processes (if applicable).
4. Provide information, assistance, and support to clients/visitors.
5. Maintain records and databases.
6. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
7. Administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.).
8. Support office operations and staff.
*Requirements:*
1. High school diploma or equivalent; degree/certification in administration or related field preferred.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
4. Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software).
