Job Description:

  • Must be mature and professional and sensible how to deal with all the situations.
  • Experience 4 to 5 years ( in this field)
  • Good Spoken, and behavioral understanding, must have good English understanding about International calls, client calls, and supplier calls, Exchange Handling or keep messages and deliver them to the concerned person.·
  • Receive letters, packages, etc, and distribute. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc, Take up other duties as assigned by Management (travel arrangements, Hotel arrangements, schedules, etc. If needed
  • Keep & Maintain records of suppliers' and client’s contacts. document scanning. Handle meeting schedules and invitations.
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, and other needed things, etc.)

Any other task assigned by the management.
