Remote Customer Support Representative (Call & Chat)

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and communicative Remote Customer Support Representative to manage customer inquiries through live chat and phone calls. This is a 100% work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and live chat inquiries from customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, answer product/service questions, and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain clear logs of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal team to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong active listening skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask between phone calls and live chat windows.
• Basic computer literacy and fast typing speed.
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus (Freshers with good English can also apply).
