Remote Sales Representative — Salon Central

Salon Central is looking for a confident and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to help us connect with salon owners across Pakistan and introduce them to a smarter way of managing their business.

Salon Central is an all-in-one salon management platform designed to help salons reduce missed bookings, improve customer retention, manage staff more effectively, and grow revenue through better systems.

Your Role

You will be responsible for reaching out to salon owners through cold calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and follow-ups.

Your main goal will be to start meaningful conversations, understand the salon’s challenges, qualify potential clients, and book product demonstrations.

The founder will initially handle the final demos and closing process.

Responsibilities

• Contact salon owners through calls and online outreach
• Introduce Salon Central in a clear and professional way
• Understand the prospect’s current challenges and requirements
• Qualify interested salon owners and schedule demos
• Follow up consistently with potential clients
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls, responses, and scheduled demos
• Work toward monthly client acquisition targets
• Share market feedback and common customer objections with the team

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable speaking in both Urdu and English
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, SaaS sales, or appointment setting is preferred
• Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or sales tracking
• Experience dealing with salons, beauty businesses, or small business owners is a plus

Compensation

20k + commission (Based on target meet)

• Additional PKR 5,000 monthly bonus after closing 3 paid clients

Commission is paid after the client’s first payment has been successfully received.

Candidates who consistently achieve targets will be offered a fixed monthly salary plus commission structure.
