Location: Lahore

Type: Permanent, Full-Time (8 hours/day + 1-hour break)

Days Off: Sunday + All National Holidays

We are looking for a confident and energetic candidate to join our growing e-commerce team. Your primary role will be to handle online customer support through calls and WhatsApp, focusing on order confirmation, answering queries, and providing an excellent customer experience.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Handle WhatsApp chats for order confirmation and customer inquiries.
  • Provide professional and friendly support to online shoppers.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Fresh candidates are welcome to apply (1-week training will be provided).
  • Must have good communication skills and a friendly personality.
  • Energetic, sincere, and eager to learn.
  • Basic computer and mobile handling skills.
