We are looking for a confident and energetic candidate to join our growing e-commerce team. Your primary role will be to handle online customer support through calls and WhatsApp, focusing on order confirmation, answering queries, and providing an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Handle WhatsApp chats for order confirmation and customer inquiries.
- Provide professional and friendly support to online shoppers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
