• Proven experience as a Closer (FE) in a call center.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies is a plus.
• Able to work onsite.
• Willingness to work USA business hours (night shifts if based internationally).
