We are seeking a confident and well-spoken Sales Executive to join our jewelry outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Showcase and explain jewelry pieces based on customer needs
- Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the display area
- Handle customer queries and resolve any concerns effectively
- Record daily sales and maintain proper documentation
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Meet individual and store sales targets
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be well-groomed and presentable
- Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is preferred
- Ability to build relationships and drive sales through customer satisfaction
