Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and energetic Sales Executive to join our showroom in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable bathroom and plumbing solutions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally. * Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products. * Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits clearly. * Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing. * Follow up on customer inquiries received through WhatsApp and phone. * Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth. * Upsell and cross-sell complementary products. * Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Coordinate with the inventory and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. * Maintain attractive showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally. * Stay updated with new products and industry trends. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. * 1–3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing sales. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Strong ability to understand customer needs and close sales. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS, or ERP systems). * Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality. * Willingness to learn technical knowledge about sanitary and plumbing products.
