Sales Executive (USA Claims - Workers' Comp / Personal Injury)

Position Overview

FIT Solutions is hiring energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives (Male & Female) for our night shift operations. This role focuses on driving business growth within the US market by reaching out to prospective clients and converting leads. The successful candidate must have direct, practical experience with USA Workers' Compensation claims or Personal Injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Engage prospective clients in the US market through targeted outbound calls, follow-ups, and pitch presentations.
Consultative Selling: Identify prospective client pain points, demonstrate company service value, and communicate technical solutions clearly regarding claims management.
Deal Closure: Qualify leads, navigate client objections, negotiate terms, and close sales opportunities to consistently hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of US Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury processes to build credibility and establish trust with key decision-makers.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate call logs, client data, deal stages, and pipeline progress within the internal database.

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Experience: Hands-on experience handling or selling solutions within USA Workers' Compensation claims or Personal Injury claims.
Exceptional verbal English communication skills, neutral accent, and active listening capabilities.
Proven track record in international sales, outbound telemarketing, or US cold calling.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
Comfort and readiness to work fixed night shifts aligned with US business hours.
