Sales Executives

We are a growing company providing construction cost estimation and takeoff services to contractors, builders, and developers in the United States. We help our clients win more bids through accurate and professional estimation solutions.

We are expanding our outbound sales team and looking for motivated individuals who can contribute to lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing.

Role Overview

This role is part of our sales team structure, where you will be involved in lead generation, client communication, negotiations, and deal conversion. Depending on your experience and performance, you may handle responsibilities ranging from cold calling to closing deals and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based contractors and construction companies
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads
• Handle client communication and build strong relationships
• Present and promote construction cost estimation services
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
• Maintain records of leads, interactions, and conversions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction cost estimation (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in client acquisition and handling
• Good understanding of customer service principles
• Confidence in dealing with international (US) clients
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Job Details

• Type: Full-time (On-site)
• Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Location: On-site (mention your office location)
