Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join our real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while earning handsome commissions on successful deals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and contacting potential clients.
- Promote and market real estate properties to prospective buyers and renters.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in negotiations and closing deals.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property listings.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in real estate and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of property markets (a plus, but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
