• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the Recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the resource outsourcing and recruitment market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
