Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule client meetings
Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable consultancy services
Handle client queries, maintain regular follow-ups, and provide timely support
Validate client information and ensure accurate data collection and recordkeeping
Collect, review, and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients regarding visa or service-specific documentation requirements
Perform document verification and ensure compliance with internal and legal processes
Read, draft, and understand legal documents, agreements, and service contracts
Track and update case progress and client interactions in internal CRM systems
Maintain and regularly update CRM tools with call logs, status updates, and client notes
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Work closely with marketing and product development teams to support ongoing sales initiatives and promotions
