Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced ( Night Shift ) Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the USA trucking industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience in the USA Dispatch trucking . This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can independently handle customer relationships, generate leads, and close deals during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients within the trucking sector.

Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and offering tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy & Negotiation: Develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, including contract negotiations and closing high-value deals.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting & CRM Management: Accurately log sales activity, leads, and client interactions in the company. Track progress and provide regular reports.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new market opportunities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Work effectively with other teams, such as operations and dispatch, to ensure smooth execution of services and high customer satisfaction.
