At our dynamic call center, we specialize in providing top-tier services to clients in the UK. Through the art of cold calling, we offer a range of essential services, including electricity, gas, telecom and card machine solutions.
Responsibilities:
This is a full-time Call Center Representative role located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for:
- Conduct Outbound calls to potential clients.
- Achieve Sales Targets.
- Tailor communication to client needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of customers interactions.
- Respond to energy related queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in relevant field
- Strong communication skills
- Must have energy related call center experience
- Able to work according to UK time zone (2pm-11pm) for females timming will be (2pm-10:30pm)
- Interested candidate should be based in Lahore
