Job Description

We are hiring a results-driven SEO Specialist / Team Lead for our night shift team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO and a proven record of improving rankings and generating organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website structure, content, and technical SEO elements.
• Execute and manage link-building campaigns.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors.
• Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in packaging projects is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Only onsite walk-in candidates will be considered.
