H-Tech Supports looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our team! The ideal candidate will manage projects, oversee resources, and ensure smooth communication for successful project delivery.

🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔹Adhere to project budgets, schedules, and scopes

🔹Deliver high-quality project outputs

🔹Manage global resources & maintain accurate HR/engineer data

🔹Develop & execute project communication plans

🔹Maintain and update project portals daily

🔹Oversee issue/risk/resource/quality management

🔹Take ownership of tasks from Booking → Execution → Billing → Escalation

🔹Manage client and engineer databases

💻 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

🔹Respond to customer queries via email & calls within SLA

🔹Generate tickets for incident management

🔹Coordinate on open cases & provide timely updates

🔹Troubleshoot and guide customers according to policies

🌟 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

🔹Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

🔹Strong email etiquette & communication skills

🔹Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

🔹Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals

🔹Knowledge of customer service principles

📌 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:

🔹Experience: 6 months – 1 year

🔹Location: Gulberg, Lahore

🕒 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬:

🔹Monday to Friday – 11 AM to 8 PM

🔹Saturday – Work from Home
