We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Shopify Assistant Intern to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing online stores, contributing directly to our sales and customer satisfaction efforts. You will be instrumental in supporting daily operations and learning the intricacies of e-commerce business growth.

The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to our Shopify platform, including product management, order processing, and customer inquiries. This role requires a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth functioning of our online retail presence. Previous exposure to e-commerce or retail environments is a plus, but not strictly required.

Assist in managing product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing on Shopify.
Support order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Help with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Learn and apply best practices in e-commerce operations and Shopify platform management.
