We are looking for a confident, bold and open minded Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO. The candidate will manage daily office tasks, schedule, and confidential matters with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CEO’s daily schedule, meetings and appointments

Handle official emails, calls, and correspondence

Prepare reports, presentations and documents

Coordinate between departments and external clients

Travel and event arrangements when required

Maintain confidentiality of all company and CEO matters

Requirements:

Gender: Male / Female

Age: 18 to 40 years

Education: Minimum Intermediate

Experience: Fresh and experienced candidates both can apply

Personality: Bold, open minded, smart and professional

Communication: Good communication skills in English and Urdu

Body Language: Good body language and presentable personality

Availability: Must be available for both day and night shifts

Nature: Serious, responsible and trustworthy person

Benefits:

Salary: 150,000 to 200,000 PKR per month
