Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager specializing in social media marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote our platform. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, engage with potential clients, and drive lead generation through various social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns. Only apply if you have 2-3 years of experience in Meta Ads.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and more.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Plan and execute Google Ads.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall strategies.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the recruitment or SaaS industry.
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their paid advertising options.
Excellent communication and creative content creation skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
