Job Description:
Software Support and Software Deployment Executive
We are looking for a motivated and quick-learning candidate for the position of Software Support and Software Deployment Executive in Karachi.
Qualification:
- Minimum Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field will be preferred.
- CIT or IT diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Candidates with additional experience in software support, installation, deployment, or technical troubleshooting will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and deploy software at client locations or on designated systems.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Assist with software setup, updates, and system configuration.
- Handle basic MS SQL database tasks and understand database concepts.
- Guide users in using software and resolving common technical problems.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good computer handling and internet usage skills.
- Basic understanding of MS SQL databases.
- Good communication skills and confidence.
- Strong learning ability, punctuality, and a hardworking attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work responsibly.
Job Details:
- Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: Morning
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Salary: Starting from PKR 30,000 per month, depending on education and experience.
Important: Candidates must be based in Karachi or be able to commute to the office regularly.
