Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Monitor and secure construction sites using CCTV surveillance systems.
Lead and supervise a team of two watchers to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively in English with the response/support team based in Scotland.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and clear English communication skills.
