Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure construction sites using CCTV surveillance systems.
- Lead and supervise a team of two watchers to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively in English with the response/support team based in Scotland.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and clear English communication skills.
Note: This position is only open to residents of Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Applications from candidates outside these cities will not be considered
Duty Timing:
- Rotational shifts:
- 1 week night shift followed by 1 week morning shift
- 4 days off between each rotation
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Weekend Shifts: Saturday & Sunday (12-hour duty each day)
- Monthly Schedule: Work 7 days, then get 4 days off (Rota system)
