Job Responsibilities – Team Manager

1. Team Building & Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales/marketing representatives.
• Motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets.

1. Performance Monitoring:

• Regularly track team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Set and achieve weekly/monthly goals.

1. Communication & Coordination:

• Act as a bridge between the company and the team.
• Ensure smooth communication and implementation of company policies.

1. Training & Development:

• Conduct regular training sessions for team members.
• Help team members enhance their skills and product knowledge.

1. Target Achievement:

• Ensure team meets sales or operational targets within set deadlines.
• Support team members in client handling and field activities.

1. Reporting:

• Maintain proper records of team performance.
• Submit regular reports to senior management.

1. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:

• Address team issues promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Guide team members in handling challenges effectively.
