Responsibilities:
饾悐饾悶饾惒 饾悜饾悶饾惉饾惄饾惃饾惂饾惉饾悽饾悰饾悽饾惀饾悽饾惌饾悽饾悶饾惉:
路 Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
路 Research and diagnose technical problems with systems, software, and hardware
路 Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers
路 Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
路 Maintain accurate records and report on issue resolution
Requirements:
饾悜饾悶饾惇饾惍饾悽饾惈饾悶饾惁饾悶饾惂饾惌饾惉:
路 Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
路 0-6 months of experience in enterprise IT support or technical roles
路 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
路 Ability to document technical processes and solutions
