Call Centre Agent (English Only)

An London accountancy is looking for someone enthusiastic, dynamic, confident and fluent in English to join their team

This role is very dynamic. Will give your exposure to almost all aspects of an accounting business 

Here is list of requirements:

1. Must be fluent in speaking English and confident for cold calling
2. Must be dynamic and confident
3. Must have a good attitude to taking on new challenges and learning new things
4. Must have the motivation to work alone, research and self learning
5. Must be able to meet deadlines
6. Must have good fast fibre broadband
7. Must have a good laptop
8. Accounting, call centre, cold calling experience is highly desired
9. Experience of using accounting softwares would be is highly desired

Working hours are Monday to Saturday 12:30pm to 9pm

You day to day activities are expected to be:

• 30 minutes data gathering
• 30 minutes email marketing
• ⁠3-4 hours on telephone marketing (cold calling) 
• 30 minutes hour research 
• 30 minutes on social media
• 3-4 hours on accounting activities, training and videos will be provided 
• 15 minutes on daily report 
• Responding to emails 
• Other Ad hoc tasks

Salary: Rs 50,000 a month

Commission: Rs 5,000 for every new client you get
