About the business: We promote electronic games in the Pakistan market through social media, short-form video, advertising, communities and other suitable channels, helping interested users learn about and use the gaming products.

Do you enjoy studying TikTok and want to film and create content yourself? We are looking for people who turn their interest into actual work and take execution seriously.

You will learn from examples, create promotional videos, make revisions and publish as agreed. We provide materials and production guidance, using a sample video or task to understand your skills. Send existing work or tell us which production tools you have used.

Pay and rewards: Base pay is provided, with rewards for referring new members and additional income opportunities when members remain active.

Base pay: PKR 3,000 per day for individual full-time positions, paid daily. Eligibility conditions: [to be completed].

In addition to base pay, the programme includes Daily Salary, Daily Referral Rewards, Daily Active Member Rewards, Weekly Salary and a two-month Referral Grand Prize. Acquiring new members and maintaining member activity each offer reward opportunities. Commission may also be calculated on members' qualifying wagering turnover under the applicable rules.

Customer acquisition and ongoing customer support both offer opportunities for rewards. The specific pay, reward and commission rules will be explained during discussions.

Reward details: The rewards applicable to each role and the conditions for combining them will be provided in writing before work begins. Base pay is settled daily. Daily, weekly and two-month campaign rewards follow their own rules and settlement periods. Commission calculation and collection arrangements will be explained separately.

Performance expectations: Content volume, quality, revision scope and publishing times will be agreed in advance, along with whether you will manage accounts and follow up with customers. Video, task-execution and customer rewards will be explained separately.

Location and schedule: Applicants must currently live in Pakistan. There are 100 openings in total across all roles in this recruitment round. Languages: You must be able to communicate with local users in Urdu. Appropriate English skills are required for English-language materials, administration systems or internal reporting. For videos or livestreams, state the languages you can produce content in.

Trial and training: The trial lasts seven days, with base pay of PKR 3,000 [to be confirmed: per day or for all seven days]. Trial tasks will be explained in advance. Roles suitable for beginners include seven days of guided onboarding. The content, duration, payment status and intended use of any skills-test work will be explained beforehand.

Equipment and support: Equipment requirements: [to be completed]. Depending on the role, the company provides product training, business information, communication examples, task guidance and approved tools or resources. The permitted use and handover of accounts, materials and work outputs will be explained in advance.
