We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our travel agency. This pivotal role ensures the smooth functioning of all travel-related services, from booking and itinerary planning to client management and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives within the travel and tourism sector.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of travel consultants, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. A strong understanding of travel products, destinations, and booking systems is essential, along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a managerial role within the travel industry is highly desirable.
