Job Description:

Roots IVY International School System is looking for a UAN Call Exchange is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls through the UAN system and also have knowledge of CCTV Operations. The role combines effective communication and telephony handling with vigilant security monitoring to maintain smooth operations and a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming calls via the UAN (Universal Access Number) system and route them to relevant departments or personnel.
Ensure courteous, professional communication with callers at all times.
Maintain accurate call logs and document inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Monitor UAN system performance and escalate technical issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments for call forwarding, message taking, and call transfers.
Maintain updated contact directories and extensions.
Monitor all CCTV cameras for suspicious activity or unauthorized access in real-time.
Regularly inspect cameras and recording equipment to ensure functionality and clarity.
Record, archive, and retrieve video footage as per policy when required.
Report any security incidents, safety hazards, or abnormal behavior to the concerned authority immediately.
