Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Upseller to join our dynamic sales team, specializing in web and design services. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and increasing revenue by identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions to enhance their online presence.

As an Upseller, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of web and design principles, and a proactive approach to sales.

Upselling Web & Design Services: Proactively engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling web and design solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities and performance.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
