Job Description:
We are looking for professional Customer Service Reps & Support Agents
*Requirements:*
- Excellent English & Urdu communication skills
- 6 months experience in call center/support preferred
- Computer knowledge + professional attitude
- Day/Night shifts available
Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Resolve customer queries, complaints and provide solution
- Maintain call record and update CRM system
Education:
Matric/ FA & Fsc / Bachelor preferred
- Fluent English + Urdu speaking
