Job Title: Google Ads Specialist & Marketing Team Lead

Location: Remote / On-site

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Experience Required: 3–5+ years in Google Ads & Digital Marketing

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who can also lead and guide our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns while coordinating with the marketing team to achieve growth and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and cost efficiency.
Manage A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and creatives.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads reports.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and traffic.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Marketing Team Leadership

Lead and coordinate the digital marketing team.
Assign tasks to team members (designers, content writers, SEO specialists).
Collaborate with the marketing department to plan growth strategies and campaigns.
Train and mentor junior marketers.

Strategy & Growth

Develop data-driven marketing strategies to scale paid campaigns.
Identify opportunities for new markets, audiences, and channels.
Work with the product/sales team to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
Experience managing or leading a marketing team.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads Certification
Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads or other paid platforms
Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
Experience with marketing automation tools
