About the Role
FunPrime Technology is looking for a highly experienced Senior App Growth Marketer to drive the end-to-end growth of mobile applications—from discovery and user acquisition to scaling, optimization, and monetization.
This is a senior strategic role for a marketing expert who deeply understands the mobile app ecosystem, can identify winning app opportunities, execute high-budget performance campaigns, and scale apps globally using data-driven growth strategies.
You will be responsible for building growth engines for mobile apps, optimizing store performance, managing paid campaigns, and maximizing lifetime value (LTV) through intelligent monetization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
App Growth & User Acquisition
- Design and execute end-to-end mobile app growth strategies.
- Lead user acquisition campaigns across:
- Google Ads (UAC)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Apple Search Ads
- Other performance channels
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CPI, CAC, and LTV.
- Optimize funnels to improve installs, engagement, retention, and conversions.
App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Lead ASO strategy for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market benchmarking.
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, creatives, screenshots, and conversion rates.
- Continuously improve store ranking and organic acquisition.
In-App Monetization Strategy
- Design and optimize monetization frameworks for mobile apps.
- Work with ad networks and mediation platforms such as AdMob
- Support subscription and in-app purchase monetization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for revenue optimization.
Product & Market Research (Marketing Perspective)
- Research global app trends, competitors, and high-performing app models.
- Identify scalable app opportunities and growth gaps in the market.
- Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and monetization models.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Track and optimize key KPIs:
- CPI
- CAC
- ROAS
- LTV
- Retention Rate
- Use tools such as:
- Firebase
- AppsFlyer
- Adjust
- Mixpanel
- Deliver actionable insights for continuous growth improvement.
RequirementsMust Have:
✔ 7–10 years of experience in Mobile App Marketing / Growth / Performance Marketing
✔ Proven experience scaling mobile apps with high-budget campaigns
✔ Strong expertise in:
- ASO (App Store Optimization)
- User Acquisition (Meta, Google, Apple Ads)
- Mobile App Monetization
- Performance Marketing Strategy
- App Analytics & Growth Metrics
✔ Experience managing significant advertising budgets and delivering ROI-driven growth
✔ Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
✔ Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS & Android)
