Job Description:

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 400,000 (Based on Experience & Performance) + Uncapped Commission

Monthly Revenue Target: USD $5,000 – $15,000

About the Role

Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Front/Upsell profile to join our growing team. We are looking for experienced professionals with a proven ability to generate revenue, build long-term client relationships, and successfully sell digital solutions to international clients.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the web and design industry and possess strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital services.

Handle inbound and outbound sales activities to acquire and retain clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.

Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.

Maintain and manage the sales pipeline while providing regular performance reports.

Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Must Have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in International Sales, Front Sales, Upselling, or Business Development.
Proven experience selling digital services, preferably within the web and design domain.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Experience dealing with international clients, particularly US, UK, and other global markets.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred:

Experience with Bark, LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, or other lead-generation platforms.
O/A Levels background is a plus but not mandatory.
