We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team in Faisalabad. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing all aspects of human resources, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The Assistant Manager HR will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Manage complete HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee exits.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate performance evaluations, appraisals, and promotions.
Handle disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and compliance issues.
