We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (Female)

Prob N Tech is looking for a confident and well-spoken Business Development Executive with prior call center experience. Your main role will be outbound cold calling, engaging qualified local and international leads, handling objections, building rapport quickly, and booking discovery calls for our senior team. You’ll also maintain CRM records, manage follow-ups, support client relationship building, and occasionally attend in-person client meetings in Faisalabad.

We’re seeking someone target-driven, organized, coachable, and comfortable communicating with decision-makers. Experience in sales, marketing, customer support, B2B sales, appointment setting, LinkedIn prospecting, or email outreach is a plus.

Must-have strengths include cold calling, lead qualification, active listening, follow-up discipline, confidence on calls, resilience to rejection, and professional communication.
