We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and transactions. Your primary objective will be to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and to prepare accurate financial reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and verify daily financial transactions.
  • Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements.
  • Calculate and ensure timely payment of taxes (sales tax, income tax).
  • Prepare invoices and track payments.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Support management with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with financial principles like IFRS and GAAP.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
