Accounts & Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

Iberianz is looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts & Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in U.S. accounting laws, taxation, and payroll, with hands-on experience using QuickBooks. This role demands effective communication, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage financial operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, and compliance processes.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting laws and tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
• Supervise and optimize financial processes and staff performance.
• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Lead audits and implement internal controls.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Mandatory knowledge of U.S. accounting laws and taxation.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial management tools.
• Strong understanding of payroll, tax laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in team management and process improvement.
