We are seeking an experienced and skilled Admin Manager to join our team at Lancmall. As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including correspondence, emails, and phone calls Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure high-quality performance Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency Maintain accurate records, files, and databases Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders Communicate effectively with Chinese clients, suppliers, and partners
2 years of experience in administration or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Fluency in Chinese language (spoken and written) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
