You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 2. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential audit areas and develop audit plans. 3. Gather and analyze data, and document findings and recommendations. 4. Present audit reports to management and ensure implementation of corrective actions. 5. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes. 6. Develop and maintain audit programs, procedures, and tools. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CIA) preferred. 3. 3-5 years of experience in internal audit in FMCG. 4. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and proficiency in SAP & ERP. 5. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
