Assistant Manager Production

Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, any other related field). Experience: 4-6 Years in Injection Molding, related manufacturing set up. Skills: MS Word, Excel, Leadership, Managerial skills, Team Management

Responsibilities included but not limited to;

Oversee end-to-end production operations reducing waste ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Implement process controls to reduce variance and maintain product standards. Lead teams, providing training and ensuring QMS and standards compliance.

Coordinate maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
