Auto CAD/Revit Drafter

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD / Revit Drafter with a strong understanding of construction drawings and experience working with Point Cloud data.

The role involves converting 3D laser scan data into accurate As-Built drawings and BIM models. You will work with scans of residential and commercial buildings and produce floor plans, sections, elevations, measurements, levels, and detailed building elements.

This is not a basic drafting position. We are looking for someone who can understand the actual building from Point Cloud data and accurately represent existing site conditions.

Required Experience

2–3+ years of professional AutoCAD experience Experience producing architectural or construction drawings Experience with residential, villa, apartment or commercial building projects Ability to extract accurate dimensions, levels and building details from drawings or scan data Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or BIM background is preferred Point Cloud and Revit experience is highly preferred Relevant portfolio is required
