We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our growing team in the Recruitment Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B and corporate sales for recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients in various industries.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the manager.
  • Maintain a database of client interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.


Requirements


  • 2–4 years of proven experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, staffing models, and business development processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
