We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our growing team in the Recruitment Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. Responsibilities:

Drive B2B and corporate sales for recruitment and staffing solutions.
Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients in various industries.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the manager.
Maintain a database of client interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

2–4 years of proven experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, staffing models, and business development processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and deliver results.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
