Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, staffing models, and business development processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and deliver results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
