Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 80,000

About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can drive B2B lead generation through targeted LinkedIn campaigns. This role is responsible for connecting with decision-makers, building relationships, and booking qualified meetings with potential clients.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of LinkedIn outreach / B2B lead generation experience.
• Proven record of booking qualified B2B meetings via LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with business owners, CEOs, HR managers, and senior decision-makers.
• Create personalized outreach messages and sequences that drive responses and build trust.
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches to find the right prospects.
• Engage with prospects (connection requests, follow-ups, InMails, and DMs).
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings with interested prospects.
• Track outreach performance and maintain reports (response rate, conversion rate, etc.).
• Stay updated with LinkedIn’s latest features, algorithms, and outreach best practices.
