Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays Off)

Salary: PKR 50,000 – PKR 70,000 / month (Includes Base Salary + Commission & Incentives)

We are looking for ambitious, target-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team in Gulberg III. If you have strong English communication skills and a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective international clients to pitch digital marketing services.
• Identify client needs, overcome objections, and present customized agency solutions.
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales leadership to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (agency experience is a plus).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Mindset: Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated to hit monthly KPIs.
• Availability: Comfortable working the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift on-site in Gulberg III.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
