Backend Developer (Node.js)

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js technologies and experience building high-performance applications using modern architecture principles.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, NestJS, and Express.js.
• Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement Authentication & Authorization mechanisms.
• Develop caching solutions and integrate message queue systems.
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize application scalability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, NestJS, and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and gRPC services.
• Knowledge of Authentication & Authorization frameworks (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Experience with Caching technologies such as Redis.
• Familiarity with Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
• Strong understanding of System Design and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
