🚀 We're Hiring – Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager (Software House)

📍 Location: Remote

💼 Experience: 2–5+ Years

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager with proven experience in a Software House/IT Services company.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold emailing, networking, and outbound sales.

✅ Acquire national and international clients for software development, web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, AI solutions, digital marketing services, etc.

✅ Build long-term client relationships and close new business opportunities.

✅ Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

✔ 2–5+ years of business development experience in a software house.

✔ Proven ability to bring local and international clients.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and B2B sales skills.

✔ Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools, and email outreach.

✔ Existing international client network will be an added advantage.
